Q.How soon will I get my login details?
A.You will get access to your course materials immediately after purchase is made and payment has cleared. However if you use your checking account opposed to a credit or debit card to make your payment, PayPal issues what is called an e-check. E-checks can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. Although you will be able to register for your account, you will not have access to any materials until I have received an email from PayPal saying that your check has cleared on my end. If this is an issue for you, please use a credit or debit card to make your payment through PayPal.
Q.How is the course delivered?
A.Once you’ve registered your username and password, you can log into the course dashboard. There you’ll find all your training materials. Most of the course is presented in audio format so you can easily listen at your leisure.
Q.If I have questions about the materials can I email Ashley for feedback?
A.Unfortunately, no. This course was created as a self study course. However, if that’s something you really need, you’ll want to schedule a One on One Strategic Business Consultation!

A.No. However, if you’re looking to learn how to haul and hustle or you’re a newbie who needs to learn the business side of car hauling? Then this is for you.

A.The information available in this course is designed to be used immediately. I do hope you understand, however, that since it is digital, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Before you finalize your purchase, take one more look to be sure it’s exactly what you need. You will have access to the program for as long as our website is active. There is no time frame in which you must take the program. This is 100% learn at your own pace.
Q.Will this course teach me how to load cars or what kind of truck and trailer to buy?
A.Haul and Hustle is a car hauling business course. It only focuses on the business side of car hauling. The things no one else is talking about. If you want to learn about the best trucks to buy or how to load vehicles, you can Google this information. Unfortunately that’s not what the course covers at this time.
Q.Do you offer a scholarship for the Haul and Hustle?
A.Unfortunately not at this time but would love to revisit this in the near future.
Q.I purchased the course but haven't received login details, what now?
A.When you purchase ReloAcademy, DO NOT CLOSE YOUR BROWSER. Once payment is made through PayPal, your screen will automatically redirect to the registration page. If you close your browser before then, you won’t be able to register and will need to send me a message via support (at) relogeek.com. Please understand that I am human and I do sleep even though it may not seem so. With that said, please allow at least 1 business day for a response. I try my best to answer emails as they come in but for some reason, some people think if they email me at 2 am, I should respond immediately.
